Our Team

Sacha Baychoo was born in Trinidad and Tobago and relocated to Florida at the age of ten. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
Following her undergraduate studies, Sacha began her legal career as a legal assistant specializing in foreclosure law. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she enriched her legal education by studying abroad in Granada, Spain. During law school, she also gained valuable experience through internships with both the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office and the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office.
After graduating from law school, Sacha practiced in the areas of real estate and probate law before joining Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod & Kantor. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her current practice focuses on automobile negligence and premises liability.
Sacha resides in Margate, Florida. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and caring for her dog, Macaroni.
