Jasmine Lamy was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Broward County. She attended American Heritage School from first grade through graduating high school. Having known that she wanted to be an attorney since elementary school, she joined her high school’s pre-law program where she was exposed to different aspects of law. She went on to attend the University of South Florida where she double majored in English Creative Writing and Sociology and was part of the English honors program. Throughout her undergraduate years, she interned with the Public Defender’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office for Hillsborough County along with volunteering for Guardian Ad Litem where she gained courtroom experience and made the Dean’s List multiple times.

After graduating from the University of South Florida magna cum laude, Jasmine attended the University of Miami School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. There she participated in the Children and Youth Law Clinic and developed a love for tort law. She also was involved in both the litigation and transaction skills programs. After earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and being admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, Jasmine then joined the firm.  She has concentrated her practice in the areas of automobile negligence and premises liability.

In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, caring for animals, and enjoying nature.
