Our Team

Alene Bandeira Lima is a Florida-based attorney with a diverse legal background and international experience. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Brazil and is an active member in good standing with both the Florida Bar and the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Before transitioning to the U.S. legal system, Alene practiced litigation in Brazil for over five years. Her practice began with representing major financial institutions in repossession actions and later evolved to advocating on behalf of clients in lawsuits challenging those same financial institutions. This dual experience has given her a well-rounded, strategic approach to litigation.
Alene earned her Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was actively involved in the Moot Court Association and the Journal of International Law & Comparative Studies. She also served as an executive board member of the Foreign Attorney Association and was selected as a pupil of the prestigious Craig S. Barnard American Inns of Court. During law school, she interned with a judge in Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, gaining firsthand insight into courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, Alene brings cross-cultural fluency and international legal insight to every case. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, client-focused representation in all areas of insurance defense.
Outside the courtroom, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her family.
