Our Team

Jacob McManamon was born and raised in Safety Harbor, Florida. Jacob received his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, home of the fighting Gators. While at the UF, Jacob was actively involved in student government, played competitively on intramural flag football teams, and was a sportswriter for the Independent Florida Alligator and ESPN Gainesville.
Jacob continued his education at Florida International University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Jacob made the Dean's List annually, served as the Vice President of the ACLU FIU Chapter for 2 years, and was a Teaching Assistant to Professor Lozada, counseling first-year law students on their legal writing. During his second year of law school, Jacob served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
After graduating from law school, Jacob worked as an Attorney at a large Florida-based Defense firm where he handled matters related to auto negligence, negligent security, medical malpractice, and premises liability,
While he is not practicing law, Jacob likes to spend time with his family, friends, and watching the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Buccaneers win.
