Krystopher Uptgrow was born and raised in Miami, Florida.  He attended the University of Florida where he received his B.A. in Political Science before attending St. Thomas University School of Law.  In law school, Krystopher earned the “Book Award” in Cyberlaw and worked as a certified legal intern with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office where he gained his initial and invaluable courtroom experience.

After law school, Krystopher worked for a number of years as a criminal and family law attorney in the South Florida area.  Throughout his career as an attorney Krystopher has continued to strive to go above and beyond for his clients.  Since joining the firm, Krystopher has specialized in first-party property defense and was recognized as a Top Lawyer in 2025 by Aventura Magazine for his vast knowledge of Insurance Law.

Krystopher is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in Florida State Courts. Away from the office, Krystopher enjoys watching sports and is a collector and player of various trading card games.
