Serisa Blackmer was born in Muskegon, Michigan, but raised in Central Florida since the age of seven. Serisa graduated from the University of Central Florida majoring in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies. Serisa dedicated herself to volunteering at the Department of Children and Families in Seminole County Florida, which is where her love for law began.

After completing her Bachelors, Serisa went on to attend Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida.

Serisa currently focuses her practice on auto liability, personal injury, and premises liability. When she is not working, Serisa can be found at the beach, spending time with her two children and friends, or looking for another adventure to begin.
