Plaintiff was driving in Central Florida on busy Interstate 4.  Suddenly, our client’s truck sideswiped Plaintiff’s vehicle, likely causing the accident to occur.  Plaintiff alleged severe injuries to his neck and low back as direct result of the subject accident.  Plaintiff claimed his life was forever changed and demanded a greater than 6 figure settlement with our client. We sprung to action and quickly investigated Plaintiff and his alleged damages.  Within weeks, we learned that Plaintiff’s injuries were minor at best and primarily pre-existing.

Result: We were able to bring Plaintiff down from his initial demand of more than $100,000 and resolve this matter for $22,000 less than 90 days after the assignment.
